Been coming here for 5 years. El and her team are beautiful humans offering exceptional hair and beauty services. It’s like visiting old friends who pamper. I love it here and I love getting my hair done by Karlie. The girls also made me look wonderful for my wedding and showed genuine excitement for me.

I really can't rave enough about El and her team! I get hair done by Karlie, and beauty services by Silvia and I couldn't be happier. The appts are always on time and never rushed. It's a great atmosphere (can't wait to see the new salon) and when they were still allowed to operate under covid restrictions they were very attentive to cleaning between customers and following guidelines. Looking forward to my next appointment, keep up the great work ladies!

It was over a year since last haircutWay over due but as usual Karlie does a brilliant job. Other staff are wonderful too.Went today 5 Feb. Karlie does a fab job on my hair. She's the best hairdresser I've ever been too. Todays was cut shorter as my scalp sweats badly in the heat. Karlie, another fab hair✂ !! You deserve a medal.

El and her super team are not only friendly but they are the best at what they do!! El has been doing my hair for well over 15 years! The Salon is very tidy and most importantly very clean. They also have beauty rooms upstairs so you can have everything done in one place. I had a facial there only a few weeks ago and it was extremely relaxing and my skin looks and feels so hydrated. Thank yo El for my amazing hair! I love love love your work!!

I have been very lucky to have Karlie from Illuminati cut my hair a number of times now. I was so impressed with her skills, customer service and the interest she took in asking me what I was looking to achieve from my cut & colour. Great service, great staff and great atmosphere. I felt very relaxed with the entire service.

El and the team are fantastic, I love my hair....and for years I have never felt that way....El's knowledge and experience with colour is evident! Being an avid race goer or attending the odd wedding - I head to the salon for my upstyles, great job!....Carlie does a brilliant job with eyebrows....and I have seen Silvia at work doing make up....brilliant team....I'll never go anywhere else! I always grab a gift voucher from Illuminati for my sisters as they love going there! Thanks El & the Team!!

From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, these hairdressers are the best I have ever experienced. Not only is it truly a cut above any other salon, it feels like you are being lovingly looked after. El is just brilliant - she's warm and engaging who knew what cut would suit me better than I did. I will definitely be back.
