False Warranty - won’t honour their warranty1. I had general pest control (cockroaches, ants & spiders) done by Bugs be gone who promises a warranty period of up to 12 months (shorter warranty period for outside).2. One week later, spiders and ants roam around like they’re the guest of honour inside my house.3. Bugs be gone refused to return to re-spray despite the fact that their treatment was ineffective just one week after the job. Their 12 months warranty period (for inside the house) is a lie.

Gordan was very professional with his pest control knowledge and advised us on our bird lice infestation. He inspected our rooftop and was able to locate the source of the infestation, successfully removed the bird nest and sprayed all internal, external infected sites. We really appreciated his friendly customer service and honesty, as he was giving us great value pricing and advised against spending costly expenses on ineffective insecticide. Thank you for your professional pest control service! Highly recommend to anyone.
