Love love love this place. The best customer service and the best accessories for males and females (and all that's inbetween).Had the best experience here. The girl behind the counter offered to drive us up to a shindig live concert just out of town. It was so unexpected and just magical. People like that make Byron the beautiful place it is. And this shop is a MUST SEE when visiting.Ok it's been 7 months since I last saw this place and you know what, then accepted an email sale and found the accessories I wanted and then sent them to my in Sydney at such a cheap price. I reiterate how much I love these folks. So so much.

Dealing with this store has been an absolute nightmare. The clothing is overpriced and very poor quality. My partner purchased a skirt online and after receiving the garment changed her mind. The skirt was returned via express post immediately, following all of the terms of sale detailed on the Etnix website. No contact was made from the store and we had to chase up whether the returned item had been received. We eventually received a reply email that the return was received but the store refused to provide a refund, saying instead only a credit note could be offered. After explaining that this is not in line with the terms on their website the store will now not return any contact attempts to them. They have $140 of our money and we are out of pocket paying for postage and have no item of clothing to show for it. The owner of the store is very rude and condescending which has made the whole experience worse. Avoid disappointment or being ripped off for a product that is cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Dealing with Etnix is not worth the hassle, stress or being out of pocket for.

This review is LONG overdue... but better late than never.I definitely recommend checking out this cute little boutique store in the byron Bay CBD. There is something in it for everyone, all styles included! The clothes and jewellery are very well made, high quality and also well sourced! I personally purchased a pair of handmade gold and crystal earrings about a month ago, have gotten a lot of wear out of them and they are still in perfect condition. Not only are the items lovely, but so is the store manager. A really cool guy who is super friendly, always up for a chat and really helpful with any questions you might have.I will definitely come back next time I visit Byron

I love this shop ! We are from the Gold Coast and we visit Byron Bay often Andras was so helpful , he is charming ,and humble and so are his staff. They gave us lots of tips for waterfalls and secret little beaches we visited while we were there on holiday.We bought a Breeze dress for my sister - what a gorgeous soft long dress this one is ) and a long sleeve shirt for my brother in law. We had to exchange the shirt a week later as it was the incorrect size , Andras went out his way to help me with measurements and sent us photos too. We are happy customers and we love the unique and original designs we purchased, this shop is different to the rest of Byron , prices are more than reasonable ,quality is sublime and lasts forever. I will be back soon in sunny Byron to shop at Etnix..

Amazing design and very high quality cotton materials. I have many clothes from Etnix @ Byron Bay and really like that they are using mostly cotton or organic cotton which is very comfy even in a hot summer times. As they have many models available in different colors i have more stock from my favourite ones :-) When i ordered online the delivery was always on time and in case of size change they replied prompt on the same day which very convenient. Thank you for having this amazing clothing - gem in Byron Bay, as finally there is a shop where I can find a unique design what I love! Keep doing great work and looking forward to have some pieces from your winter collection as well soon!

If you want to stand out at any festival, or are just looking for original and cool clothes that are unique and well made.... Etnix byron bay is the shop for you. Most of my wardrobe comes from Etnix and I love it! The owners are excellent to deal with and I have never had a problem with returns (wrong size - my fault!). I would not hesitate to recommend Etnix to anyone, young or old, short or tall.

Love this store so much, the service is impeccable!I have been going into Etnix for years. The owner Andras, his wife and staff are so genuine, bubbly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy and satisfied. It feels amazing to know I’m supporting a local sustainable business.I bought a top from them for my partner as a Christmas gift and they wrapped it beautifully for me. Unfortunately when he tried it on it was too small, so we brought it back to the shop a week or two later and they were more than happy to exchange it with the correct size.Their designs are unlike anything I’ve come across and of such high quality. I’m always amazed at how well they keep, considering how much I wear them. When they haven’t had my size in the style i'm interested in they take my details and notify me as soon as they’re back in stock.I’ve never been to a shop where I feel so well taken care of. It’s been beautiful to watch the evolution of the styles, there really is something for everyone’s individual look as the shop is so diverse, and the new collection is STUNNING!I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to find a unique and well-made item.

Love this store and it's unique fashions, beautiful fabrics and reasonable prices. The owner was very helpful, not pushy at all and helped us with other local information too. Bought a beautiful black long sleeved top with wide knit detail around the neckline and sleeves.Highly recommend!
