SCAM WARNING: This company continued to direct debit my bank account after I had cancelled my Club Lime membership. After contacting them for what should have been a quick and easy refund of just two payments, they outright refused to refund my money and would only agree to stop future debits. Was treated appallingly. Stay away from any Club Lime gyms for this reason. Filthy scammers.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for several weeks now, but you keep charging me. PLEASE STOP TAKING MY MONEY!After calling you many times and trying to use your Members Portal you still won't stop charging me. I'm not sure what else i need to do to make this request any clearer. You should be ashamed of yourself for continuing to debit my account during a worldwide pandemic. This is not a good start to your business, I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this terrible experience.

Unfortunately the local Upwey gym was purchased by Viva Leisure / Club Lime. Since then there has been a huge reduction in the classes I had previously taken. The company makes it near impossible to contact them regarding membership issues. Expect a 40 to 60 minute wait and even then they may not resolve the issue.
