Purchased a book (elf on the shelf) for my daughters first Christmas on 11th December. I received a confirmation of purchase and paid the instalment through afterpay. (successful transaction)After 4 phone calls telling me they could not find my order number in their system, 2 messages to the social media account and 3 emails. I finally received a response on the afternoon of 21st December saying there was an issue with payment so they refunded and cancelled my order. I have never been so disappointed/ frustrated and just plain angry. I would not recommend QBD books to anyone. Ever.

selection of books was great! i got more books than i actually intended on getting because the options were so good. the customer service was also amazing, the person at checkout was very helpful, kind and supportive. will definitely be going again when i have the chance!!!

Love this book shop great collections right price to take a books home. You thought just get in have look but ended up you stay much long then I bought 4 books! And for sure will come back !
