Dishonest and deceptive marketing When buying a package you are not told there’s a 12 month expiration . With covid packages were not automatically extended . Manager had to email for an extension . I made an appointment for 30 June but because I changed it to today 4 July I was made to pay for it . $15 for a 1 minute treatment . Permission was needed again because I’d gone over the date . Ridiculous that you pay for 5 treatments and by law you should receive 5 treatments , I paid for an extra 2 of those treatments which were already paid for and now they seem to be $5 dearer . They only care about getting you in and out to take your money .Go elsewhere there are plenty of other laser places with better customer service

I have done my fist underarms and Brazilian laser treatment here, highly recommend Betty, she has done it very detailed without my asking. I also bought package of 4. Definitely will come back

One of the staff she told me I can get service in WA also as I was moving to WA very soon. So I made payment for 4 sessions. But when I came here I came to know that its branch is closed. When I called them to complain about it. The girl from Management was very rude she said our staff didn’t say you anything like that. Before blaming costumers please educate your staff about your company and its location. I didn’t get any refund and I was not complaining for money. Worst costumer service I have ever received. I will never suggest anyone I know to visit this clinic.

I will give them 0 star if I can. I bought the package from them and I still have $$ balance left over under my account. They only informed me the package will have a expiry date and never informed me the $$ balance left under my account will be expired. I called them to find out and the Manager from Burwood Clinic is super rude and she just keep ignoring my questions and keep saying they have informed me without any prove, then hang up straight away.

I come to see Betty at Results Burwood to do my skin treatments. Betty is nothing but amazing!!! She knows exactly what she is doing, she is so thorough with her treatments and on top of things she is so so lovely!

Today was my last appointment and the lady went too far with my eyebrows line that my eyebrows are half burnt which was disgusting and they shouldn’t let work someone who doesn’t know how to do their job. Disgusting

Annoying how they keep telling you to buy more packages before sale ends. Better to observe your regrowth and decide as there is an expiry date. They said i might need 5 more which i didn’t. I probably needed a visit twice a year. Don’t buy membership. I was never able to book in for the x1 complimentary facial that was included because they couldn’t fit me in their time slot and can’t book online. Still have 4 sessions left and they remind you a month before your package expires. After cancelling one session (wrong week of the month) it was very difficult to reschedule as they were fully booked. I had to travel all the way to chatswood for a few treatments which is a 40min drive or more if there is traffic. If you buy an additional treatment for another part of your body you can’t even book them at the same time online. Whoever answers calls (HQ/call centre) is rude.

I had been a customer for 11 years, they jacked up prices substantially nearly 30% recently this year and the quality of treatments and service has gone down. Cancellations rescheduling, poor/average clinic hygiene. I'm glad I walked out of their clinic today found an excellent clinic with exceptional hygiene, muchbetter quality service and about 27% cheaper than what these people charge. Shop around for better places, better machines and better staff.

First time visiting this clinic. I called ahead to ask them if they had a certain spot size for hair removal- an 18 gauge.I used to be a hair removal therapist myself so I am educated in the parameters of laser. I arrived at my appointment and there was no 18 gauge head piece attached to the machine. I confirmed with my therapist that I requested this size. She proceeded to tell me that the 24mm gauge was an 18mm gauge. I explained to her that my hair is very fine and I have had many laser treatments on the 18mm gauge. It is not procedure to go up in size. She then suggested the most useless setting for my skin type and hair-it would more likely stimulate hair or do absolutely nothing. I had heard that results were bad in the industry, and I was disappointed to have this confirmed. Completely uneducated staff and lied to me that they had a certain part of the laser when they clearly didn’t, just to make some money. Wasted my time.

neglected and unprofessional services. After 11 Brazilian treatments, I still have to shave everyday. 3 years ago, my under arm hair removal was completed only with 4 treatments in another clinic because I don't have much hair.I am a full-time working mum of 3 kids. I had to juggle all my schedules to keep the appointments. I did my commitment but where is their commitment? I am so depressed with the fact that I have to go through all the treatments all over again.A couple of staff were really nice and did in a professional manner, but, unfortunately, the staff who treated me the most of the time neglected her duty wasting my money and ttime. Even though I nicely asked for the change, She didn't change.I lodged a complaint on 30/04/2021, but I haven't heard a word from the clinic.
