The biggest Thank You to Don mechanic for GS Electronics. He came to replace both motors on my wheelchair today only to discover the bearings were buggered as well.About 1-1/2 hours later he had changed it all. Any time l've had a problem they have virtually been here the same day. Now wheels ready for our adventures when Monica arrives from USA. next Thursday.

I have been Dealing with G.S? ELECTRONICS since 1979 when I received my first power assisted Wheelchair. Neal, Darren and Karen have been the heart and soul of this excellent Business and I cannot say enough great things about their customer Service and especially their ability to listen to users of powered chairs and repair the chairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Had G.S Electronics come out to my partner parents house to service an electric wheelchair. After the service it seemed to not work well at all. (It did have a problem before the service)We got a quote for $1432 as they said it needed a new motor. After about 6 weeks we tried contacting them several times to come and fix replace the motor but G.S didn't return any calls.Eventually we called DW Mobility services and he was at the house 2 days later.. No new motor needed, just a new plug (fixed a broken wire) less than 1/3 the price G.S quoted.G.S Electronics is not good at responding or fixing the problem.Will not recommend them at all.

Refuses to make a booking to repair wheelchair until they receive payment first in full. Ndis doesn’t not pay immediately therefore unrealistic and reasonable
