Bundaberg Solar

We used David and his men to install our solar package, they were prompt, and professional on installation day. The crew went out of their way to complete a difficult job flawlessly. We would recommend Bundaberg Solar to all.

It has been close to a year since we bought our hybrid system. We ordered a hybrid system with generator point, capable of 5kw (As advertised). firstly I Was told the gen point cannot be connected whilst the inverter is on the same circuit due to 7amp/chan limit. This was told to me on the second or third day of the install. Then today, Sungrow tells me that the MAX capacity of the inverter at night without sun shining is 3kw only. This is NOT what I was told. I have had constant intermittent faults in off grid mode all year, and I have made no less than 20 calls to Sungrow for an end users - user manual so I know how to use the inverter but nothing ever gets done. I'm exhausted frustrated and angry at how we have been treated and lied to. Naturally I contacted AC Electrical several times but no response. I have now threatened to go legal if they do not respond again. Sungrow has agreed to replace the inverter but still, it does not match what I ordered. Thank GOD these guys do not sell cars.

First class job from start to finish, although a little bit dearer than the opposition you get what u pay for,our congratulations to the installation team for their friendly, courteous and very professional approach to their work , they are a credit to the company.

Am not happy with the follow up service of this company. We have rang numerous times plus been in to see them twice and still no return phone calls or visits. They replaced my elderly parents panels and they still don't have much power. NOT HAPPY JAN!
