Will not come back or recommend this place to anyone. He applied a glass phone protector to a Samsung and left bubbles and dust under the screen protector, when asked if it could be fixed his (very rude) response was I charge $30 and other places charge $50

Quick to fix phone but gave me a pixel 7 pro screen protector and didn't fit my pixel6 pro

I had my iPhone xs max with badly water damaged and the owner fixed it within two hours with cheap price, I thought I Lost my phone with all photos and my data and I wouldn’t get them back but were all saved and nothing lost.My phone is working perfectly as it was new with no issues.I recommend this shop to everyone and I will always take my phones to the shop

Worst service ever!Had him put a screen protector on, next day it bubbled on the sides. Brought it back and he apparently fixed it, he said bring it back if it does it again... of course it bubbled again. Brought it back, this time he proceeds to try and blame me for his lack of ability. Apparently this never has happened before, I'm the only customer that has ever had a problem with his service- what a load of B.S.He inferred that I was trying to ripp him off. The nerve of the guy, Rude jerk.I told him to give my phone back and told him to get stuffed .AVOID HIM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Terrible “repair” job, I am having a hard time typing this as the screen is not responsive and is not properly installed with one corner sticking out so that I can see the internals of my phone. I was charged $10 more than originally quoted by the rude gentlemen running the store. One of the guys who works here has done a good repair job for me in the past but this negative experience far outweighs that.

Would give this repair store 0 star review if I could I went to get my charging port checked out as I wasn’t charging my phone got it fixed for $150 then 4 months later the charging port broke and couldn’t charge my phone again went back and he accused me of breaking it and said it’s my fault have been back and forth with this repair store like 4 times now clearly that’s saying something that he doesn’t know how to do his job properly and just wants money I went back the last time over the charging port and turns out I had to buy an original charging port for my iPhone 11 why make me pay for a brand new charging port if I need an original charger for my I phone

Had screen, battery, and tempered glass replacement all for the price of just a screen replacement a few weeks ago and less than 40 minute wait. the owner was helpful and trustworthy and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend

Very rude and wouldn’t return a faulty phone car holder and he finally gave me $10 back instead of the $25 I paid the day before and told me he shouldn’t give me anything and tried to sell me another one for $20. Don’t buy anything or deal with this store. Expensive products and cheap quality.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Employee was honestly beyond rude and hurtful.Went in on my grandfather's behalf to get his phone checked out, with no intent to buy anything as it was not my phone, money nor choice of what to purchase.Asked what the problem was, I got my answer. He tried to sell me one of the products but I politely denied as it still wasn't my choice. Where he then snapped and abruptly said So you basically wasted my time then." where he then further 'lectured' me about the rights of customer - service provider work ethic...Without a doubt the meanest employee I have ever dealt with and honestly made me feel horrible about myself.Either AVOID this place or get that employee to learn some kindness and decency."
