Best Bond Cleaners

Hired for a bond clean and ended up having to go back and clean things that were covered in the scope of works.They demanded card payment over the phone. Do not do this. We paid via BSB.They also communicate as Wish Cleaners and bond specialist.

JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolute joke and a total scam. We paid for a professional bond clean and they sent one guy to do the entire job. He was not professional and had no idea how to clean. We asked the company to send someone back to finish the job, they sent the same cleaner and he was on his phone half the time. My father and myself had to help him clean for two hours otherwise the job would not have ever been finished. The real estate agent was not happy with the clean, so we rang the company to get them back and they said because it was past the 5 days and they had already sent the cleaner back a second time, it wasn't their problem. They were extremely rude. In the end they said they'd send someone back but we would have to pay for it. So now myself and my partner are finishing off the cleaning ourselves 3rd time around. Absolute waste of time and money, go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE! Extremely Bad - Not only did they not clean properly the stole items from my property and the customer service was terrible!

Employed this company for a bond clean and it was the worst experience I've had with a company.So many items left outstanding/untouched and had to employ another company to carry out the bond clean as the company refused to return.We raised issues on the poor standard of the clean the next business day and requested the cleaner to return to the property and the staff advised us to wait for the exit report and forward it accordingly, we received the exit report on the 5th business day and the company advised the 5 day guarantee" has lapsed so they're unable to return to the property.Actual scam and we have reported this company to ACCC.Do yourself a favour and steer clear from this company."

DISGUSTING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!This is quite possibly the worst bond cleaner I have ever had to deal with.The cleaner I spoke to asked to meet me at 7am and then upon arriving at the property and contacting them they told me they had the wrong address and won’t be cleaning my house. It took 30 PHONE CALLS to finally get someone to confirm when the cleaner would come (not until 10am) and now I have been told that they won’t be done until 6pm - I have to drop the keys to the real estate at 5pm.I’m absolutely disgusted at the customer service and lack of care that all staff I spoke to showed. Incredibly unhelpful.Don’t get me started on the additional charges, after back and forth calling the man I spoke to kept on lying about the prices and was charging me more and more each time I spoke to him.I absolutely can’t stress how much I don’t recommend this company. I will actively be letting everyone who will listen to STEER CLEAR of this company. They’re an absolute joke of a business and don’t deserve a licence.Fuming is an understatement.

Do not use this company for any cleaning. They are a total scam. Booked them to do a bond clean and carpet clean. The guy obviously wasn't expecting my son to be at the house the entire time. He spent 6 hours doing goodness knows what, but it wasn't a clean of any sort. Firstly the office rang me while Iwas at work to tell me that I had an extra toilet and that was an extra $40 I told him don't worry about it. He also told ke that the price of carpet cleaning would be $299. I told him at that point don't worry about it I will get someone else to do the carpet and I would clean the toilet. He then said ok I will give you a discount. So the total cost of my bond clean and carpet clean for a 4 bedroom house would he $784. I said fine just do it, I will transfer the money. Mean while, the cleaner is at my house not doing anything. The guy rang me about 5 minutes later to ask me why I haven't paid yet. I told him I am at work and needed to step outside to use my phone. When he finished he told my son to ring the office for a refund because he didn't do a room. He didn't speak English well and my son didn't understand him. So I rang the office and a woman answered. When I told her she did a lot of mumbling and she had a thick Indian accent so it was very hard to understand her. She put me on hold then came back and said what do you want me to do? After explaining again she pretended to ring him. Then she told me she would ring him later because he must be driving home. I said then you will ring me back. She paused for a very long time and mumbled something and I repeated you will ring me back, and then she repeated yes I will ring you. She never rang back. I rang multiple times and then emailed. I received a generic email saying so sorry you feel this way and then attached a form to give the cleaner a rating or to have the cleaner go back. I filled out the form for him to go back and attached the exit report with what needed to be done again. The whole house eas filthy, like he had used a dirty rag and a dirty mop. I ended up going back and cleaning the whole house myself. I had to keep emptying my mop bucket and refilling it because the water was so dirty. Not one wall was cleaned, the carpets were not cleaned, the 4th bedroom was not cleaned at all and we worked out that we had been charged for a carpet clean for the dining room when the room was all tiled. We ended spending 3 hours cleaning the whole house. I will be reporting them to fair trades. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do the job and left the property in a worse state than when we left it.

Only one female cleaner attended the house, upon arrival she said she needed to check with the company because due to the size of the house it would be extra - she spoke on the phone for a long while (in Indian so I could not understand) she told me they would now call me to tell me - an extra $450 they said. This is a standard practice for them and all a part of the scam, they also go by the business name Wish Clean" which has all one star reviews and has a lot of the same stories as my own (e.g. toilet "broken" which is the excuse given for leaving undone).The woman then did a terrible basic clean
