He discussed price options, suitable models and provided a fixed price quote as well as an hourly rate if extra work was necessary. He kept me updated on work progress and finished installing two new modern toilets in spite of having to wait for an alternate model to be couriered from the warehouse. His services included advising, ordering and picking up the toilets, leaving the place immaculately clean and disposing the old ones. Very impressed with his workmanship and would not hesitate to call him again for future work.
