The service and attention I received from this store and its staff was fantastic. Thank-you Jake, your knowledge and patience was amazing.I would highly recommend this store to anyone who still believes in customer service, product comprehension and delivery of service.Way to go Telstra Hastings.

My husband recently bought a new phone (having made an appointment to collect phone etc) at the Hastings Telstra store.He had to return to the shop twice as the setting up of phone had not been completed and explanation of same was lacking. There appeared to be a deficit in the understanding from the staff that the customer expects to walk out the door with a fully functioning phone.

The Telstra Team at Hastings were polite and friendly and happy to sell me a new mobile but Telstra must have changed their policy and no longer provided phone setup/data transfer help.The gentleman l spoke to did say if I had trouble he would certainly help. Turned out that process via my new Google mobile was easy.

Recently visited the Telstra Hastings store with great apprehension because of recent negative dealings with Telstra in general. I am delighted to report that it was a very positive experience. All of the staff were very professional and approachable. Adi served us. He was extremely approachable and helpful. He was patient and informative and couldn't do enough to help us with all of our queries and issues. Adi is a real asset and credit to both the Hastings store and to Telstra in general. Well done.

After Mornington telstra refused to help me and told me to call online support, i drove to hastings where the attendant saw that my modem was not working and replaced the modem in store for me. Simple and great customer service. Heard the problem, tested the product and replaced it.

I had a great experience at the store, the team was extremely knowledgeable, listened effectively and gave me specific assistance that suited my requests. I had the desired outcome and was very happy to deal with the team at Hastings.

Changed from Aldi to Telstra as I was sick of ALDImobile overseas call centres that offered very poor customer service. Very pleased with the help I received at Telstra Hastings. Jess was great and got me going in no time at all. Would highly recommend them.

sadly not a good experience, but they do get a star for trying... my observation from my purchase experience is very poor. The staff just do not know enough about the products they are selling at this store. And there are lots of excuses and no solutions in the customers favour. Therefore they are making it up as they go along & therefore getting it wrong! YES they are friendly enough! just very under trained. NOTE to apple watch buyers do your own homework & research specifically with the new watches.. I put in a clear order yet it was not what I ordered and what they say is in the box isn't exactly what on YouTube or what the staff say either. one staff member will say yes as the other says no & vice versa. very disappointed and a lot of running around on my part. sad as I really love supporting local.
