Continually told my problem with my brand new Outback was not a problem until it became a big problem outside of warranty.Every time i took it in for a service i was told they will follow up with me next week to update GPS cause the equipment wasn't in at the moment.Never followed up.Very good at deflecting issues so I now take my car to an out of area service centre.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon prepared to purchase a vehicle for the family. Left unattended/ignored for 30 minutes with no reception/concierge at all. This isn't the way you sell cars these days without providing a decent customer experience.

Once again a great experience..... the staff really know what they are talking about and they got the car in early and back to me in a few hours....really impressed!!

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I took my under-warranty Outback to them 6 weeks ago to fix the entertainment console. They told me the part had been ordered, but never got back to me. After relentless calling they admitted the part hadn't been ordered. They promised they would order it and follow up with a delivery date. I have subsequently called three more times, but still no update.

Just had the best experience with Bill Buckle Subaru. I have an older Outback (fabulous car) which has been so reliable but of course things do need looking after as they age and AJ at Bill Buckle went the extra mile to make sure everything was attended to. I even threw in a couple of extra items at the last minute that needed attention and it was no problem.

Had my car booked in for a takata recall and a service simultaneously. Went in there at 8am and was told my vehicle will be ready by 3pm. Around 330pm I started to wonder why the service manager hasnt called my attention yet. They mentioned the vehicle will be ready by 430pm. Around 430pm, i was not uneasy so I approached the service manager and mentioned my car is almost ready. Got my car 5pm.Also, tip for used car buyers. Go to a mechanic and have an end of warranty check on it by the 3rd month. Because the service staff will do anything to get away with replacing your parts for warranty. In my case i had worn out brake disc rotors upon purchase. I went and complained by the 2nd month and they told me that it was a consumable and subject to wear and tear.
