Signal Security recently installed a fully monitored alarm for me at a remote location. The digital/mobile comms in the area are tricky to get working reliably but a working solution was found and implemented. Signal attended to all the details with care and courtesy. Communications with me were excellent, and the system is fully functional despite the difficult circumstances (i.e. remote situation). Customer service provided by Khrishank (Krish), technical support from James, technical implementation by Sean and online the setup support from Phil have all been excellent. Thanks guys.

Have a fault in a Paradox system (which Signal Security are familiar with). Original installers no longer exist. Request for help from Signal Security to assess and fix fault was denied unless I committed to an expensive upgrade of the system. Another company, Matison Security, was more than happy to come and have a look at the system despite not installing it. Thanks for nothing Signal Security..

Be wary of Signal Security. I had an alarm system bought from another provider. When I switched from that provider to Signal to monitor our alarm for the most part I was a happy customer. There was no issue in making the original switch. A problem arose when I wanted to switch back to the original provider a few years later. Notwithstanding that the contract with Signal had expired and that I did not owe it a penny, Signal refused to hand over a code to my alarm system so as to allow the original provider of that system to reconfigure the alarm so that it could be monitored. All that Signal achieved is to ensure that I will never be a customer of it again.

Technician came today to service my system and replace the battery. They were prompt and very swift with their work. The whole job was done in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Hounded to sign up with them.A day or two after installation get a call, they tell us there is a fault in the system.Still haven't come out to fix it yet keep sending someone out (the first time it took them over 3 hours to get there, we were not even told someone would come out we were just told of the fault). Now up to 3 bills for them to come out yet they haven't fixed the system they set up!!!Called and emailed but no answer back from anyone!Clearly a bloody con!Would not recommend at all!!!!!!
