This is truly one of the most beautiful preschools you can enrol your child into. The educators are all so kind, so loving and nurturing. The place is super clean (my daughter rarely gets sick here), and she loves coming here.

Horrible ! Horrible! If you don’t care about you kids and want them to be treated so poorly and physically hurt by staff then this is the right placeI will never recommend this childcareFirstly I had trouble singing my kids up with the enrolment system they are so hopeless and treat you like and the kids like another numberThe staff don’t care about your kids don’t even like their job and will yell and make your kids feel so horrible my kids hate going there and get so scared ! If I could give 0 stars I could !And when I told the manager she said she would in investigate and treated the matter like it was nothing !

Worst centre ever for ur kids . Educators are so abusive . They shout loud on kids making them scare. They push children and say them bad words .

I'm very happy with the service i receive when i drop my daughter off to childcare. As i used to an educator myself i am very fussy and i have seen changes in my daughter's learning and behaviour, the staff are very helpful and the centre is always clean. My daughter always comes home happy and always tells me about her day which i love.

My son started in April this year being the first grandchild on both sides he used to play on his own, not interact with other kids slowly but surely he adapted! His personality developed and it’s all thanks to the staff and the other kids that attend he loves it! I always sneak in at pick up time to see what he’s up too there is always an educator talking and playing with them. Thank you girls for your hard work it does not go unnoticed!

I would recommend this center to anyone who’s child has attended a bigger center and has not settled. My son has attended since he was 21 months. It did take a while for him to settle in but in the last 7 months it’s like he has come out of his shell, I will go in and the teachers will tell him he tells the other kids to sit down or that he does something out of the normal. In the last two weeks, he has said good-bye to me and walked off to join his friends, no teacher come to get him or ask for a hug so I could leave. The staff are always ready to answer any question I have.

This centre is an absolute joke.. After numerous complaints and promises from all parties at this centre we have decided to remove our son. On four occasions we have picked up our son with no socks, no top, no shoes, shoes filled with sand, dried snot and missing clothes. His school bag was always filled with spare clothes but the lack of experience and laziness of staff at this centre is now unbearable. On a number of occasions my son has come home with scratches, Bite marks and bruises. My son complained that two boys at the centre always hit him. I addressed this matter but nothing changed. In my own eyes i witnessed another student hitting my son and teachers did absolutely nothing, which makes me wonder what happens when parents are not present. Discipline does not exist and bad behavior is not addressed by teachers (time out is not allowed Demi mentioned). I have seen a huge change in my sons behavior for the worst and he begin crying he doesnt want to go school. Teachers turn a blind eye and the amount of excuses we have heard is endless. I would never recommend anyone to send their children here and honestly i cant believe they are still opened as the children interest and well being are not even present.

I’ve been sending my daughter here for over 6 months and I’m really happy with this daycare.I love how they always report any accidents, they also provide a bag and bottle etc, and overall kids are happy there. My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare!They also run good programs and I like that they have an on-site chef who cooks for the kids. Thanks to all the service Iittle Zaks!!

My daughter attended this Centre for a short time they took her even though they're not capable of taking children as young as 1, and were frustrated that my daughter wasn't walking yet as she just turned 1 and later we found out she had a hip condition. She seemed so upset to be left there so one day I stuck around outside and listened to listen through the door. What I heard upset me greatly they didnt comfort her but got frustrated with her and also heard them yelling at other children. Since then my daughter has changed to another centre and ever since has been thriving, started walking the first week there. The other reviews are right a pretend to care about your child as soon as you leave the act drops.

My son has been going to little zaks since he was two. He loves his “school” and his educators. All staff are warm and highly professional. Each child’s needs are met and most concerns can be addressed if communication is present.
