If I saw previous comment I possibly would ask the senior hairdresser to cut my hair or try other shop. Showed the picture and told the length I wanted. she cut too much on the first cut. It was not I want.

They were so so lovely and did an amazing job. I'm so in love with my hair now. The service was fantastic. Imma did my hair and she was so kind, I was nervous at first but she was incredible and she gave me lots of tips. I highly recommend. Will definitely be going back next time

I couldn’t recommend Ella the apprentice hairdresser any more. I have very thick hair, I requested a bunch of layering and brought a reference photo with me which she met to a tee!!

Eh.... Couldn't rate em on a hair cut... (which they must be good tho if u CAN get a hair cut) but Everytime I've been it's too long of a wait... Soz but I can't find over and hr and a half of things to do at lake haven while I wait....Nor do I want to...

Friendly customer service, lovely hairdressers.Emily is fantastic. Very experienced and always gives me a great hair cut, always. Lovely to have a chat with and catch up too. Looking forward to my next visit. Wouldn't go anywhere else, ever.

Firstly I'm not complaining about the ladies there, they're are lovely however I'll never use the self check in option at the counter again. I entered my contact details and the waiting time was 20mins. I received a text message saying we will contact you soon. There were 2 men and one woman who came in after me and also had to wait. What I am cranky about I ended up waiting 45 mins as the 3 people who came in after me were served first. So never trust the self serve check in again... Not happy for queue jumpers.
