Genevieve is amazing. She had the ability to identify the cause of my back pain in our first meeting and within a few consultations treated the pain itself. The focus on proactive core exercise training thereafter, has ensured I will not be back for the same issue. I will continue to recommend Genevieve’s knowledge and structured treatment plan to family and friends.

Genevieve is the best physio I've visited in Melbourne (the 5th in over 10 years), and by far the best dry needling I've experienced. Genevieve is friendly, knowledgeable and very effective. My main problem areas (shoulder, knee, upper back) have been effectively treated with dry needling and I would recommend Genevieve to anyone looking for immediate pain relief and a longer term treatment plan.

I have been seeing Andrew for a few months for my back pain and it’s made a huge difference for me. He spends a long time in the appointment itself with assessment, movements, and manipulation to get to the bottom of what’s really going on, as well as giving exercises and recommendations to do in between appointments. When I twinged my back at work and made things suddenly much worse, he also got me in quickly to get me back on my feet as soon as possible. Very appreciative of Andrew!

I was recommended to come to Genevieve by a close friend who’d had great results with her. My experience has been the same, Genevieve has been great at treating my regular headaches and my hip problem, through a combination of soft tissue work, dry needling, Pilates and homework. She’s highly skilled and patient and always has a whole body approach to wellness.

Genevieve is caring, knowledgeable and professional. I went on a long journey with a very painful shoulder injury. I went off on the wrong track with a different physio but was glad to find Genevieve who got me on the right path and I amnow pain free and with great movement again. I had never experienced dry needling before but it worked wonders.

Genevieve and her team are absolutely brilliant. They have been so supportive in helping me manage my pain, spasms and fatigue and facilitating my application for a new wheelchair.I have also seen Addie and Lucy, who are just as lovely and respectful as Genevieve.They are flexible with each session depending on how my body feels each time. They are a warm and attentive team delivering exceptional allied health services.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, especially if you're an NDIS participant like me.

Genevieve is an exceptional physio, definitely the best I have ever seen. Not only are her technical skills excellent (her dry needling is a god-send), but she is warm, friendly and compassionate and makes a trip to a clinician feel comfortable and supportive. Genevieve takes the time to talk through and fully explain everything so you feel confident and informed about your body, treatment options and how various exercises will help. Highly recommend!
