Good service by Angelo in store and the delivery blokes topped it off. Couch is very comfortable and feels the same as the ones on display. Good job Dankz. Highly recommended.

Customer Service excellent. We returned there yesterday afternoon to make our second purchase of a larger lounge suite with 3 recliners and a console in the same colour and Model as the one we took delivery of in March this year. Staff member Des in the shop greeted us very warmly and friendly and asked if we needed any help. We asked to see the various leather wrap around suites with a console and found out we could arrange the chairs how we would like either left or right side. We gave a deposit and expect delivery in 10 to 12 weeks.Recommend the store to anyone wanting to purchase a new lounge suite

Visited the Osborne Park showroom back in 2015 and was greeted by the lovely B. We wanted a specific style of modular lounge to fit our apartment therefore we arranged to have our lounge custom made to our specifications with choice of colour and material. Within 4 weeks our lounge was delivered and I must say, we have had so many people comment on how comfortable it is to sit and also sleep on. May I also point out, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for custom made.In 2021 (6 years later) unfortunately one of the feet gave away on the corner piece of the lounge. I contacted Dankz and they were happy for me to drop off the centre piece of the lounge to fix immediately in their Osborne Park factory. There was no charge as the lounge was covered under a 10 year warranty and the service was so easy and seamless. All the reason to purchase from a local company.I cannot recommend this company enough to my friends and family as their service and quality is outstanding. The lounge is now 8 years old and still looks and feels as good as it did the first day it was delivered. Keep up the great work Dankz!

Very impressed with the quality, price and service at Dankz Osborne Park! A special big shout out to the sales rep Beata who made, what was a very stressful experience for me, actually a wonderful and enjoyable one! She was kind, personable and nothing seemed too much of a big ask. She was even kind enough to take a photo of me on my new sofa in the showroom, at my request!I bought nearly ALL my furniture from there for my house: leather sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table, lamp table and dvd unit. I'm so glad I did, very very high quality compared to other furniture places I went to. I wish I just went there first to save myself the time and energy.I strongly disagree with the comments made in previous reviews that the service is terrible just because Dankz don't negotiate price. If you do your research (and trust me, I researched nearly every possible other furniture company with comparable quality), you will see that the owner has done a really good job of ensuring that their prices are competitive, even just slightly lower than the so-called 'discounted' rates that other furniture companies pretend to give you. This is actually a huge relief because you don't have to go through the stress of 'haggling' for the best price, you know that they already are the best prices. Well done Dankz! I'll be back soon for my 2nd sofa :).

Dankz were fantastic to deal with, thanks to all of the team who helped with ordering and delivery. Another great reason to support local business. I'm very happy with the build and quality of the new (IMG Adele) dining table. The design even seems to make my.. cooking" taste better!"

I had a very successful shopping trip at Dankz Furniture, Osborne Park over the weekend. I had determined to visit ‘all’ the furniture shops along Scarborough Beach Rd, Dankz was first and as I found exactly what I wanted, I never did get to any other shops! I had a lot of fun choosing with the assistance of Mandy, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient! I am taking delivery later this morning and am very excited by my purchases. I can highly recommend Dankz, Osborne Park :)
