The jobs were done with a high attention to detail. The service was very timely and unobtrusive.In the initial communications, Ross was clear and knowledgable, with sound advice when needed.Will definitely use Buchanan Electrical again.

We contacted Buchanan Electrical with a diverse list of (stockpiled) domestic tasks; replace bathroom exhaust fan, track and repair a wiring fault, additional powerpoints, replace a faulty multi-outlet gpo and wall mount two TVs.We were contacted by Ross who provided a date and start time, both of which were met. Following a tour of the various locations, Ross began work.He is a dilligent worker and goes about his business in a quiet and efficient manner. On completion of each task he cleaned up debris before moving on to the next job.All task were completed in less than a day, which serves to highlight his efficient work practices. We were delighted by the whole transaction which was both professional and courteous.

I had Ross from Buchanan electrical come out to our barbershop to have a look at installation for a split system aircon/heater and to get power to our new barber pole.He seemed to have no issues with taking on the job after speaking with other companies who umm’d and Ahh’d at how they would go about tackling the job, being an older brick premises with double brick skins.After receiving the fair and free quote from B.E. we decided to go ahead with using them.As soon as Ross received the new A/C unit himself, a day was set and the work started.Ross’ punctuation was great and he worked around us in the shop rather than the other way around.The work was done quickly, professionally And cleanly.No issues arose that couldn’t be dealt with.Couldn’t have asked for much more and thanks again to Ross,Cheers.
