It was very busy so I'll forgive the long wait and the staff were lovely but our food came out cool like it had been sitting for 10 minutes. My steak was chewy and the overly charred outside just made it taste burnt.

This place has a good environment for a pokies lounge in this area. I didn't eat in their restaurant though, so I can't say how the food is. But sadly, the pokies section is probably 10-15X the patrons of the sports lounge/restaurant area. So if you want to eat there, at least it's nice quiet & cost (each time I've walked past the restaurant it's been not too busy)

They used to have a deal here on Weds using the Monty's Reward card. You could buy a meal and get one free, certain meals though. Im not sure if they still have this, but the meals were pretty good, with generous servings. It was never crowded and the ambience was nice. You can park in the underground area or outside. There is also elevator access from underground.

Good pub and quick to get our meals. However, Friday night the staff were very slow behind the bar. At times waiting almost ten minutes just to be served due to no staff behind the bar.The old bloke that works behind the bar could do with a bit of good customer service. Was quite abrupt when a group I was with requested one of the TVs to be changed to the cricket.

The service was lovley did not wait long for meal which was great. Affordable prices and great cocktails very nice place to go anytime.

I like the staff, they are friendly. If there is something that is not right with the food (no one is perfect), the staff take note and give our feedback back to the cooks/chef in kitchen. How do we know if they listen? Since my family is a regular customer, we can see straight away if things have improved (or not). More often, they are improvements. Keep it up, and good teamwork.

Family has been there for meals numerous times. Always treated with kindness & respect by the staff. Good meals, friendly service
