Excellent plumbing service - prompt, polite and affordable.

This is an update.Second attempt at using them. Bad experience.Because it was not an emergency, I accepted a booking in about a week. I stayed home and waited and then called when the plumber was an hour later than the booked time. They told me that they left a voicemail the day before to say that they were cancelling because there were other more important jobs. My phone had not notified me of the voicemail. I checked and it was there.What they could have done better - text as well as voicemail. Call again if you did not hear back from me. I wasted a morning and am very disappointed because of the first good experience.First booking good experience.I had a burst water mains that was underground. I spoke with Karl who was helpful from the start. He scheduled a time later that day, and then called back to say that he had someone available earlier.Steven came out and clearly knew what he was doing. He was happy and hardworking. He dug out around tree roots, identified the issue and fixed it.They are in Moorabbin and it was not an issue to come to Hampton. They had also just come from a job in Brighton. I will use again for other plumbing.

We had a blocked sewer (yuck...). The guys were absolutely fantastic. Very professional and the invoice was more than reasonable. Cannot recommend KD Plumbing highly enough.

one of the truly reliable trusted tradesmen in the melbourne area .Karl and his team are there when you need them , no job too hard , even public holidays and weekends , storm damage no problem .i give this business a 5 star rating really the best.
