Scary how these people are a seperate entity to the Toyota brand itself yet use its name , mislead innocent customers with creative techniques to sign papers without disclosing or showing you the page with these “ early exit fee clauses “ 1.7 out of 5 these guys need to be held accountable. $10,000 because loans guy locked me into a contract i didnt want after repeatedly advising that i need to exit early for another car. Apparently there was no early exit fee , i didn’r see it on the day flying through the contract nor was it mentioned to me. Beware !

Hi , all my you guys share your bad experience with them,. Me and my husband took my car from them with 23 k finance loan and 6k I pay total upfront, I paid 20.8 k was paid to them by my insurance because Our car had an accident, after that I became sick for that accident and also mentally sick afterwards too . I kept asking them for extension and we had an arrangement for the pay reason completely lost job from Dnata catering lot of u know flight stopped for covid . I change my house and could not get some letters and paid whatever due and before I pay My husband Rakibul keep asking the girl(Rosie) about if they report to credit I will not pay if u report, I paid the amount and still they report and made me default for 7 years . The accident was happened Feb 2020 and and Covid period lost my job and could not find job to support husband because we move far from city . They did listen to the customer. My suggestion is not take any brand new car with finance from them .They are completely rude and not trustworthy . Be careful from them and sister in law also took finance and they are suffering . They alway stub on the back on the customer. I must make mistakes in my past life so I meet them .I recently see they also my name too and they sent it to credit report after all I paid whole amount.I have receipt and my letter from them in to my name and case number

Tried to register for online to check balance.Was advised by a staff member to do this to avoid calling their help line. 5 attempts 5 phone calls and still not registered. Last call they said they would cantact me once Toyota fixed a glitch in their computers, that was 3 weeks ago and no contact. Next car will be another finance supplier.

It’s time to replace you with a new Chinese funding. You have lost your way , and I can assure you this is unAustralian and we don’t need your high rate finance in Australia, we want a full investigation on how you have been lending on lodocs and on fake financials , we have to get rid of this kind of Loan sharks from Australia, we have more then enough lenders and funders and we do not require a Japanese finance company funding our cars any more, your compliance is nasty and grub.

I need to get my surplus amount of $485.64 after I finished paying everything but it's already three months they are keeping my money and there is no sign of giving my money back. Feels like Toyota Finance is a very unethical company. Very poor customer service. $485.64 dollar may not matter for Toyota Finance but it is my weekly rent, that's how valuable $485.64 to me. I do not recommend Toyota Finance which doesn't value it's customers.

Like other reviewers have been waiting months for them to refund an over-payment after they continued direct debiting my account after I had repaid the loan in full. It has now been two months (after originally being told 3-5 business days) and three phone calls where I have been told the repayment would be expedited and would be refunded in a few days. Seems like a policy to delay refunds to customers, but god only knows why Toyota would want to destroy their reputation with customers for the sake of a couple of hundred dollars.

Won't be using Toyota Access ever again. I have never missed a payment, but they make me feel like I'm the worse client they have ever had (I'm even over $6K ahead). I have managed to get a payout quote which is HIGHER then if I just pay the instalments. There's been absolutely no incentive for me to return to Toyota for my next vehicle....and I won't be. I'd rather give my hard earned money to a company that's helpful and genuinely interested, that's certainly not Toyota Finance.
