Amazing customer service, I was served by Will and he made sure I left the store happy and satisfied with my purchase. Excellent inviting staff, treated their customer's as their first priority! I love my new shoes, very knowledgable staff :)

Went to this store today as they were registered for back to school vouchers. Drove all the way to Charlestown to be told I was not able to use my vouchers here :( lucky I had cash or I would of had a sad child! Please remove your business from voucher use if we can’t use them!

This store never answers the Phone. I have called several times over a week period. Not a single answered call. As a retail owner myself, these staff should be reprimanded. Seriously poor customer service.

6 staff working and not one can can offer any help to a parent with a child. Shocking customer service and shocking attention to the only customer in the shop. I’d rather order online than pay wages for those hopeless employees.

Derek is a superstar, the best customer service. Not just with us, with every person I saw in there. Great positive attitude. This guy is why you don’t buy online. You can’t get customer service online. I want to employ this guy. Derek thank you for brightening up our day and not being like everyone else in customer service. Ask him about his momma come here story about the postman. Funny funny funny.

Id love to give the Charlestown Store a zero, I have called 21 times over a 2 hour period, I do not believe that this Store was flat out at all so frustrated !!!! This is a week day and in the middle of the day

Have ordered in store and online. On two occasions they stuffed up. Paid and was told it was in stock and 3 days later was informed with a email telling me to go back for a refund as it was out of stock. So I had to drive 45 mins to the closest store there and back as they wouldn’t refund me online. Employ people who know what they are doing.
