WA-Multicultural Family Day Care

Don't bother signing up with them if you're an interested ,one of the educator who to start your own business. who I would love to mansion her name but because of policy and conduct I can’t !!No professionalism at all.I have my three kids in enrolled in Wa-Multicultural family day Care ,The educator her first two days of care went well after that no CommunicationWe talked about my school timetable and we are all fine and yesterday she just message me without giving me any two week notice but she’s not longer interested in looking after my kids while they’re still enrolled .I spoke to her boss about the matter ,wasn’t no help so unprofessional.I wouldn’t recommend this service.

As parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the Director really cares about the children and works with the parents and educators collaboratively. I’m grateful for their hours as well, as they have daycare facilities open for 24hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The daycare facility i attend is well thought of, rooms set up nicely and structured so that the teachers are able to interact with children and supervise efficiently . My children are happy and that makes me a happy parent.

I highly recommend WA-Multicultural family day care. The educators are so friendly and amazing with the kids. My daughter been going since he was 8 months and she loves it! she's always so happy going in there.

As an educator of 4months now it’s pleasure working with Multicultural Family daycare, they’re always there assist me as a educator in any aspects of my role , and communication is always effective and prompt. They have established ground rules, a stimulation curriculum, qualified , caring staff members, clean & safe facilities. Highly recommend this service to parents and educators looking for a daycare provider to register with. It is a friendly, engaging, collaborative , flexible, and supportive Daycare Provider to be part of.

Don't bother signing up with them if you're an interested educator wanting to start your own business.They came to inspect my property to see if it's suitable for the enrolments, then left us hanging for 3 weeks. I feel so stupid wasting my time, driving up to the office, ringing the office, Awil, the in-charge, leaving emails and texts. He never got back to me.I rang the office and half the time nobody picks up, and when someone does, he's not in the office and I would leave a message to ring back, nothing.No professionalism at all.

WA -Multicultural family day care .she should’ve said it before making my sister enrolled her kids in your centre,FDC why did the educator agree to pick up and drop off off .All record on her voice memos, the Ethiopian boss at the centre is a fraudulent and so unprofessional..We couldn’t have enrolled if we both don’t care agree to the terms,never again supporting community service runs by African as manger !I have already find a centre near me ,childcare that won’t play me like a fool ,putting her studies n workplace on hold thanks for ur late notice..I feel sorry for those kids in your centre that can’t speak for themselves!!

WA-Multicultural Family Day Care have staff that are professional and always willing to help. It has a positive environment that is so encouraging to both families and educators to enrol, since they guide new families through the enrolment process and to be linked with a suitable educators. Making the whole process so smooth and easy to handle. Would like to thank Hodan and Awil for making my experience as an educator such a pleasure
