Could not warn people about Poolwerx Camberwell enough.Outrageous prices, came on days they were not meant to, complete overuse of chemicals which cost 5 times the amount anyone else charges. Completely ignored the real problem of a broken pipe and fitting for the vacuum system, I can only assume so they could justify coming antithetical day and charging over $400 for the privilege.

Doubt this place will stay in business. Went in last Friday to discuss a problem with our spa. The manager wanted me to send an email detailing the problem so he could pass on to the technician - rather than him takes notes while I was in the shop! I suggested he could write down my details given I was standing in front of him, he did and said he would call me on the Monday after contacting the technician. It's now Thursday afternoon - I'm calling another company. Don't bother with this business, they won't be there long if this is there level of customer service

Camberwell shop for Chlorine is expensive. I found the same product much cheaper from another Pool Werx shop.
