Incredible from start to finish. I could not recommend David and Bindi more highly.They did an amazing job getting the property prepared for market. I can't recommend David and Bindi highly enough!From the minute we met them we knew we would be in safe hands. As a group selling a property in Sydney where no members live in Sydney, the logistics could have been challenging, but Bindi handled every detail seamlessly from stylist, furniture removal and storage, carpet and window cleaning. When the campaign started, David kept everyone in the loop the whole way through. This review is only for the property leasing division of David Murphy Residential. Unfortunately our experience was that client service was not a high priority for the head of the property leasing division. Unreturned phone calls, selective response to emails and absolutely no willingness to go slightly above and beyond for us. Surprisingly enough, he did offer to check our property to see if our tenants had left the NBN box but unsurprisingly, he never actually did this. He returned the bond to the tenants even though the place wasn't particularly clean - specifically the kitchen was covered in grease. In short, we would not recommend this agency as your property leasing agent.
