7-Eleven Balaclava

The usual 7-eleven stuff, but the staff always act inconvenienced by having to look up from their phone and actually serve anyone. There always seems to be an old Chinese woman yelling at the staff, making things awkward

Friendly staff well stocked for late night needs

Seem to stock warm food quite well. Staff are usually good. Can be untidy at times and is really expensive, but it is a convenience store. Sometime had good deals

It was the worst experience of 7eleven ever at this store. It happened 12.40pm on 22nd June. There were 3 things the two Chinese workers at the check counter have bothered to me.1. Their attitude. They kept talking each other in Chinese. Dasy (I asked her name) putting their hand on the shoulder of her coworker.2. For some reason, two workers kept talking and laughing in front of me. Although I could not understood what they said and who they were laughing at, I felt insulted.3. Dazy hit the sushi box I bought with her finger to send it back to me after scanning the barcode.It is hard to believe that the two workers were trained properly. They should learn how to deal with their cistomers.

Great kosher stock but way over priced but great stuff none the less

It is ridiculous that they haven't been selling any cigarette filters for a month! But I'm giving 4 stars because of Essen's outstanding service.

Worst ever customer service, from the old Chinese lady and the Chinese female employee. Staff seem hassled to serve customers and make up their own policies and rules. Place was dirty, never go there again

Egg & Lettuce sangas are always stocked up, my fav - yum yum in my tum!
