Came in today for the first time. Service was so lovely and the awesome owner assisted me in picking the best cut of wagyu steak for my husbands birthday, she also gave me some excellent cooking tips and what wine to pair with it. Very friendly service.So the cut itself was THE best of steak we have ever eaten. We literally made yummy noises for the entire time whilst we ate it. Weill definitely return.

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable in selection of beef.He even go all way out to get ice pack for us to keep the meat cool and fresh. Bought Wagyu scotch fillet to cook and were excellent. Tasted the freshness of meat, juicy and tender. Top grade cut of meat. Highly recommended.

Great quality steaks, mince, sausages, burger patties etc. The owners are very nice and knowledgeable. The only place we go to at QVM when we want to cook steak!

Best wagyu butcher in Melbourne. The butchers are great here. Always happy to help and their meat is delicious. Have tried multiple butchers in Melbourne and these guys are hand down the best and provide a one stop shop for your various types. Happy to be a regular now.

Best butcher for beef in queen vic market by a mile. The meat behind the counter is great but if you don’t see what you want just ask and the butcher will trim it for you fresh to the exact size you want. I’ve been really picky asking for thick scotch fillet steaks that are small in circumference and that wasn’t a problem at all.

Wagye's quality is good. Unfortunately I'm paying $200 per KG for the scotch fillet isn't been cut straight. Definitely no next time.
