Excellent service. Over an hour spent helping me decide on configuration, colour and options. A terrific experience having bought my new Molmic lounge. The product arrived as promised and the result is outstanding. We LOVE our new double chaise lounge. Luxury, value and quality. Thank you to the team at Sofa and Soul.A reminder to bad reviewers that service can be challenging with a shortage of staff and often can be perceived as lacking good intent or desire to want to give us the best experience. I’ve dealt with sofa and soul many times and I can honestly say they do a great job and provide fantastic products. I love the Molmic range.

My wife and I didn’t buy a sofa in the end but Robert could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I thought I’d comment how good the customer service was and how high a quality all the furniture was after reading a couple of mean spirited reviews.I guess some people just have nothing nice to say which in my experience is more a reflection on them than this store and their staff.Hope to do more furniture shopping here in future.Aussie made, high end products and friendly staff.Honestly not sure what more people want. 5 stars.

I contacted Sofa & Soul on 15 July 2022 in relation to a warranty issue on my sofa purchased in 2019, as I may have an issue with my sofa cushions and would like some help.I have been told that someone will contact me soon and I have sent several follow up emails. No one has given me a substantive response more than 3 months later, other than “someone will be in touch”. Unfortunately I’m a bit disappointed with the after care service.

I just received delivery of my new Marri dining table and am incredibly impressed! Not only is the table absolutely stunning, the delivery men were very good. Because the table is so solid, they brought the pieces in separately, laid a rug on the floor, and literally attached the legs to the table top in front of me. They were very careful to put stoppers on the base of the legs so my floor boards wouldn't get scratched. Overall a great experience! Thanks Sofa & Soul.

We visited Sofa & Soul at least 4 times before we decided to order our sofas. Each time we were greeted by Robert and given amazing service and great advice. No pushy sales approach like other places. Just honest opinion on our area and what would work best. Highly recommend Sofa & Soul! Will e visiting again!

First time visiting Sofa & Soul and won't be my last! Robert and James were both very helpful and professional. Robert was able to assist us with finding and buying the console table we had been looking everywhere for. Robert was flexible with pickup times and helping me loading into the car not once but twice. We had read prior reviews about people's bad experiences but I can definitely say this is no longer the case. Thank you again!

Sofa & Soul has some beautiful furniture. Most of it is locally manufacted which appeals to me. A friend had an amazing experience with the team so I went in to the store and was helped by a lovely young man, James. He was very helpful and had a lot of industry knowledge. I can not wait to get my wonderful new sofas, thanks for all your help James
