They don't offer exchange or returns on formal dresses for some reason, even if the dress is in its original condition and never been worn.

Beautiful clothes, above and beyond kindness & wonderful service from the lovely Joumana unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at any other store. Have recommended Dusty Pink to many of my friends for gorgeous dresses and abayas. Will definitely return x ❤️

Beautiful clothes at Dusty pink. I always walk out happy especially when i am served from an amazing, beautiful woman named Douha. She is so helpful and has such beautiful taste when it comes to putting an outfit together for any occasion. I look forward to shopping there when she is working.

My advice is to visit all the other shops before visiting Dusty Pink. They don't offer refunds even if you change your mind within an hour and would act like they're on a phone call to not have to speak to you. I asked for a refund and told them to not refund the full amount I paid for due to the inconvenience. I will never shop there again since they failed to be reasonable.
