Have finished our build with Bright Homes recently.Right from the start we were enticed... We had retrieved quotes for virtually the same house with Metricon and Porter Davies. End result with Bright Homes being minimum $50k cheeper.The planning process was made extremely easy with the help of the design team and especially the office manager Angela.From there Angela was excellent as she had offered her opinion which proved to be faultless time and time again.Within a couple of weeks we had started to build and were placed in the caring hands of our site supervisor Michael.Michael was extremely efficient plus completely transparent on any issues he had encountered throughout the build.In just over 5 months we had received the keys to our customised, fully upgraded, double story family home.We couldn't be happier with Bright Homes and are truly thankful for our forever home.This builder takes complete pride in their product and customer experience.Thanks again Bright Homes!

Wouldn't ask them to build a dog kennel.Absolutely hopeless, messy trades, silicone left everywhere after plumbers, poor finish, appalling paint job - all which they don't want to fix. Poor communication, owners are dishonest and play dumb.AVOID!

Bright Homes was fantastic. As a first home owner i had a limited budget and they worked with me every step of the way. Once permits and paperwork was finalised the build moved along smoothly. Any questions I had (and there were many!) were always patiently answered and explained.The house itself is my little peice of paradise. It is solid and beautifully done in every way, their selections were plentiful & of good quality for standard options as well, which I'm sure helped create a house that doesn't look or feel like cheap, bare basics.My final and most important compliment is that 15 months after I moved in something went wrong with the oven (a manufacturing issue to do with the glass in the oven door). I call Bright homes on the Monday and the situation was completely sorted and fixed by the following Wednesday. The swiftness of their service was remarkable I am incredibly grateful that it was only a tiny inconvenience. The only thing I had to do was to organise the time for the man to come with his replacement.I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Bright homes.

We built our investment property by BHC at Melton west and received the keys yesterday. I had the house inspected by Professional inspectors and except for few minor paint defects, the built house was of top quality.Right from the start, my contact person was Sarah. She made the whole process super easy with regular communication right through out the journey. She is very friendly and easy to approach for any clarifications.During the construction, there were few hiccups with the neighbors. Sarah along with site supervisor Charlie sorted out the issues in a professional manner. I had communicated with Charlie couple of times and he was very helpful.I highly recommend BHC team especially Sarah and Charlie who were my point of contact.

Bright homes do not respond to emails. they will deceive, poorly manage the build of your house, we are still waiting for items to be fixed in our home that went over the estimated build time by 6 months. can not get any proper dates booked into be fixed except being told to keep waiting and waiting until we eventually forget it seems like. Good luck to anyone that building with them!

The staff were great, the best of all the builders we visited. They were helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all our newbie questions. They also went out of their way to help us get all the paperwork done.Unfortunately the actual builders weren't so good. The company had taken over a lot of jobs from another builder that went broke, so they didn't have enough people to do a good job.I'd recommend Bright, but I'd also recommend you get a very good building inspector to check every stage of the build.

So far so good. Haven't start the building yet but so far up to contract signing has been a very good experience. Sales people are very responsive and the whole process between sales, design and contract drafting has been good as well. Will update when the whole building process finish.Been 7 months after hand-over. Build quality is acceptable but not great. Several small issues after hand over were fix by the builders thanks to the Project Manager. Decided to reduce 2 stars because there are still room for improvements for communication as getting maintenance crew to response back to email or phone call is quite difficult. It almost felt like I have to constantly call and contact the maintenance crews for them to reply back to my request.

I’ve read the reviews and they don’t match up to my experience whatsoever. The company were very direct and professional in every stage of the process of my new house. The quality is great, they are very responsive with maintenance queries, and allowed me to have anything i wanted throughout my custom build. Highly recommend.

BHC built our first home. They are very professional and understand the emotions of home owners. The property was handed over well ahead of schedule and just before the delivery of my first child as requested. The site supervisor Michael went out of the way to make sure we get the home on time even during the COVID restrictions. They make sure the issues that rise along the construction process is sorted. Minor issues after we moved in were fixed promptly. Overall we are very happy to have our first home built through BHC to great quality and satisfaction. Big thanks to Angela, Michael, Mark and Diane. We will surely come back to BHC to build our future properties.

I built with Bright Homes Construction a year ago and contrary to the comments my experience with them was great. The directors down to the staff will always treat you well. Angela and Grace will always attend to your needs with respect and makes sure everything will be fine. They value their customers as well as giving you quality homes.I highly recommend them.
