We called optimum chill at 7am on Christmas morning because our ducted unit was leaking water through the ceiling into our living area. Jesse came and fixed the drain on our unit and even bought a bit of ply with him to temporarily fix the ceiling. We can not thank him enough enough, he saved Christmas!

The team that came out to Jimboomba to install 5 units on a difficult double brick house completed the job in one day when we expected it to be two. They were on time, friendly, a did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond on cleaning up after and left both my wife and mother in law very impressed.Awesome team that I would highly recommend.
