Very unprofessional.Denied my booking even though I had also called them to confirm before I came in.They gave me the ugliest haircut in order to rush because they “messed up my appointment”. The manager was extremely rude and she was defending their staff even though they messed up my booking. No sorry or anything! I could’ve not paid but you know what! They need the money more than I do! Never coming back ever!!
