WISE Employment Salisbury

Felt the need to write a review because of the understanding and patience that I was treated with by Emily at the time I was coming to wise in Salisbury. Truly was a rare find, and feel fortunate for the time I was dealing with her at wise Salisbury. It makes a difference to feel supported and spoken with rather than spoken at, and encouraged despite challenges.

A disability service that takes no notice of medical issues or medical certificates. Breaches and cuts payment. Ive only recently joined and will be exiting from this jobnet.

WISE employment/Salisbury has been professional, kind, understanding but most importantly none judgemental, I feel completely relaxed to open up and receive their help. Thank you WISE for understanding my situation and still going above and beyond to find me a job with meaning, this has been a dream come true, life changing for me really. Helping others has helped me, without WISE I would not be where I am today. Having consultants that have truly gone above and beyond to assist and encourage me when I needed it the most has restored belief back in myself. I have taken their professionalism and understanding into my own line of work and implemented these strategies on site. Thank you so much WISE you guys have changed my life. Would like also give a big thank you to Emily Rutten and Vanessa Mounsey who are my consultants at the Salisbury office, South Australia! Thank you for all you have done!

A great employment service option for disability support. Although they're a newish provider and I have had to change workers more than necessar. They were all as helpful as they could be.
