I joined PA a few months ago. I've done minimal fitness throughout my life and was struggling with post partum recovery. Jason and Emma have been extremely supportive and helpful. They are accommodating to all abilities and have helped me learn different exercises, all scaled to my skill level with gradual progressions to improve my skills. They have created a welcoming, family friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym.

Parkes Athletes is the most incredible gym, I have been a member since the it opened.In August 2022.The coaches Jason and Emma are so amazing, they support and encourage members to reach their goals.I personally can’t thank these amazing coaches enough for believing in me through my fitness journey.

Awesome new fitness center with a great atmosphere and welcoming family feel. Great instructors helping me identify troubled areas and improve by pushing me, challenging myself to develop whole new skillsets.Every session is unique and fresh but you're never left wondering what exercises are or how to perform movements as the pacing allows time for new comers to get up to speed and join in very quickly. Very flexible timeslots too!

This place is unique in Parkes! Class based with hands-on coaching. The workouts are structured with a focus in building competency and then building strength. Inclusive for athletes I all levels. Well worth the investment, what you put in for a membership you get back ten fold in advice and coaching.
