George's Salon

My mother went there on time and they made her wait an hour an a half just to get started. George who I believe is the owner, was very dry and not welcoming. My mum was supposed to get hair treatment, cut and blow dry but they didn't do the hair treatment because apparently the special is on Tuesday.When my mum as arrived, they tried to push her back and say to come on another day after she already made a booking.Put this in summary, the service was disgusting, unprofessional and pathetic.I highly NOT recommend this salon.

Extremely  unprofessional  and  rude staff including  George  himself . I booked  an appointment for hair cut only  and reached right on time. Yet I was made to wait for good 25 mins because George  was busy. Why do u have to book an appointment  if u are taking walk ins and serving  on first come basis. After finishing  with thr lady and chatting around for 5 minutes.  George  walks over to me and says what do you want, no greeting or apology for making me wait. I show him the picture. And he starts cutting he didn't ask me what length I want. He asked u want blow dry ? I told him not now I will book an appointment  for a day later as I have an event and get my blow-dry and hairstyling done.  I also asked him how long  will it take so that I could time myself  and not be late for my event. He told me it will be 20 minutes.I booked  an appointment  for a day later . Walked in right on time . And all the staff  is busy with clients and I am told wait for 20 min . While I have to leave for my event in 30 minutes.  I walked right  out  because  I could not wait. Noone else could accommodate  me at the 11th hour. And  I had to do a quick fix. They ruined the experience for me .The only reason I had the hair cut in the first place was because I wanted a certain hairstyles for my event. Because of their poor service my hair are short now Nd I couldn't even get them styled. I would have preferred to not have a cut if I had known this was gonna happen.Extremely pathetic service  with no value  for other peoples time . Never  going  back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I Regret choosing  them for me event day i wish  I had booked someone .

I have been a customer for 17 years. Don't go anywhere else because George is an excellent hair dresser. I also love George Mallo's hair colour work. He is so passionate and incredibly talented. It does get busy but make a booking because the results are always satisfactory.

Most expensive trim i've ever paid for, find out the price first before you get your hair done there.

I've been here twice and both times, once as a bridesmaid and once as a godmother and both times my hair style fell apart only a couple of hours into the day. Very disappointing considering they change a fair bit $$

I feel disappointed that all my family went to get their hair done and were all disgusted and disappointed that everyone had to change their hair :( especially after paying so much money !!

I’ve travelled all the way from the US for a wedding! Requested a hairstyle and got the complete opposite, the fact that I had to go home after paying a lot of money to fix my hair, manifests this disappointing hair salon

I went in and asked for my long hair to be coloured the same colour as it was uneven in colour and wanted it evened out on the underlayers etc. I specifically made the point on NO RED in my hair as I hate that look. After so many hours I walked out looking like an Orangutan. Seriously bolt past that shop ... make sure you get a price beforehand ... this note is an alert to anyone new to the salon - the other customers in a very full salon seemed totally satisfied with their hairdoos ... sadly I did not get what I asked for - perhaps because I was new and he was trying to get more $$ from me by adding things to do to my hair ... who knows?

I love the team at Georges Salon! They make me feel a part of their team and we always have a laugh. I love how they style my hair & have complete trust in everything they do for me (and my hair!!)Thank you George & team! xxx
