Customer service was excellent with one of the staff assisting me with some questions. Went in wanted to purchase what I intended to get, instead got something else which the staff help explained details of the skincare range for me. Cost more then what I was going to get but very happy with my purchase and service from her.Never going to get skincare from David Jones again as their service is the worst.

Make sure you get Genevieve to look after you!Knowledgeable, experienced, honest, very down to earth, mature minded and very professionalI visited Sephora at MC this morning with my little one in her pram. Genevieve happily served me. I advised her of my dry skin and eye wrinkle concerns, and that i need help with finding the best suitable foundation for my skin type. Genevieve took the time and efforts to find and test the different brands and tones of foundation on me until we found the right one. It was surprisingly in stock too!Since Genevieve was so knowledgeable, honest and genuine, i asked her to recommend me skin care products. She further took the time to explain each product she suggested and even gave me some samples to try. I ended up walking out with over $400 in spend, but was well worth it. The bonus was that i received all day free parking since i spent over $400. Happy days!Thank you so much for all your help today Genevieve. I have already sent some of my friends your way!Lina =)

Products available are fantastic!! Great range and amazing brands. The layout is very impressive and quite easy to get around. I love how they have categorized the products. Easy to find what you want. However staff could be friendlier and helpful. Maybe it was just a long day for the staff. However this all compensates for the amazing range of products they have available.

Completely ignored by all the staff who weren’t serving customers, spent 15mins looking through drawers to find the product I was after. I rushed out and went over to a much warmer welcome at Mecca a few shops down.

Sephora @ Macquarie is a makeup lover's paradise! The store is well-organized and stocked with a wide range of beauty products from high-end brands. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy to find the perfect products to fit your needs. Overall, a great shopping experience!

I came in on boxing day and was taken care of by Belle, so friendly and caring! Even though they were busy she was very thorough and was able to recommend me something that works for me. Definitely asking for her again!

I went in with my mum today to get a few items and Bianca was an absolute sweetheart, she assisted me with the correct shades I needed and if it didn’t flatter me she would suggest something better. She also assisted mum with a few things she was looking for and explained in detail why she chose the specific tone and item and why it would be flattering on us. And not once did that smile leave her face

I dont ask for much when it comes to service, but their greeter or security check girl this arvo was too busy talking to her friends about her Cartier bracelet than looking to see if customers needed help. :/ I was there for a solid 20mins too.They also needed maybe one more worker.

I had a full glam session with Antonella, and she did a great job. She's a pro with a lot of attention to details.

The girl( I forgot your name :( ) who works for DIOR provides exception customer service. She is kind and knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to have your queries and needs met. She needs a raise Sephora.
