Salvos Stores Enoggera

They are charging more than antique store prices and the staff are rude. I am all for buying to help those in need but this place is a rip off.

Do not use the change rooms in this store, the security cameras can see you whilst you are changing. This is a fact as I questioned a worker and she told me they most definitely work and they do film inside the change rooms when I questioned her, after I had used the rooms to try on some clothes and noticed I could see the camera from inside. She didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with what they are doing, because it is only a women watching!!!!! She said it was because they were being stolen from all the time. So if you respect your own privacy I would shop else where.Also a very expensive store.

I used to love it. But, I decided to stop by before going home and when asked if I could use their toilet they told me that it was against the work and safety policy. You need a better policy.

Do not even bother stepping foot in this store. The staff are rude and judgemental. One poor lady had the police called today after she stood up to these horrid women when they took a trike away from her child because they “weren’t buying it”. Spend your money elsewhere and send a clear message to this store that they’ve got the wrong attitude, especially for a charity!

I was in shock, my first visit to this store. I nearly fell over by the pricing on most items. The layout of the store was great, easy to find things but the prices really let them down. They have become second hand dealers, not an opportunity shop. If you're low on cash better going to a church op shop where they cater for the people who need help. I won't be back, sorry guys.

Just visited Salvos Pickering street Enoggera. I was served by Debbie, what pleasant helpful person. Shortage of staff in volunteer roles makes it tough on those that turn up so be kind to those that do. Well done Debbie. Visiting area from Vic.

Well arranged store and, yes, some items aren't throwaway bargains but they have a good selection and some interesting gear. There's also a decent amount of parking out back.

Love this store !! Got so many nice things and had such lovely women compliment me I hope they have the greatest days. They deserve the world!!

I went in today and got two bedside tables and a great lamp with a few decor items to match. Debbie and Denise were very friendly and found me lots of items I was looking for. I loved the way the items I got were set up in store, it's how I will have them at home because I lack the interior design skills the manager Debbie has. She really went above and beyond and clearly puts in effort for the store layout, I'll be back Friday when they get more things! Thank you ladies :)

Asked a simple question RE their student discounts on Saturday and was greeted with absolute hostility as if we were asking for free items. Got absolutely shut down and said ‘NOPE that’s not us, not Salvos’. We brought up the website and she tried to say it isn’t a thing, the head manager came out and did confirm that the discounts are valid on Saturdays only. Whilst waiting for our answer the lady just went up to a bunch of people looking around, took the items off the customers in the store stating that if they smash the items the shop pays for them not the customers.. whist they were still looking around, going to pay for them. Every encounter the lady had in the short 10/15 mins we were in the shops was very uncomfortable and hostile, with a lot of other customers also experiencing discomfort.
