ReadySet Apartments at Sentinel

Room 111 Does not even deserve a 1 star it is appalling. Family of 5 staying there they took our money refused to provide the service of cleanliness or utensils. We tried numerous amounts of times to contact them they refuse, sending photos off their website to us or placing blame on cleaners. They either just made excuses or would not come out to accomodate. The concierge was unable to assist with phone number or contact. Did mention they do this often and are quite known for it. Will place a complaint with booking agent and consumer affairs and consumer rights and responsibilities.I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I wouldn’t even consider it you will waste your money as they will take it and you got a junk yard.
