Signed up for the competitive rates and fact could monitor usage via dashboard.Told that monitor not available as yet and check website updates -- There are no updates on website or completely hidden.After being with them a month they've increased prices MASSIVELY; now they're one of the most expensive suppliers.From 0.49 daily rate to 107.53.Already transferring away.

Misleading and have lied. After being a long term customer they lied to me. They have broken the law and their excuse is “Sorry”. This has cost me $$$$ and sorry is not enough. If you are reading this then please do not consider this company for your energy needs as they lie!!!

I also had an incorrect final bill issued - it was showing I was in credit and they asked for the bank details to refund the credit so I duly sent those through. After 10 days I still hadn't heard anything or received a credit so I contacted them again, apparently the final bill was incorrect and they were still investigating. A direct debit (I hate these...) from June had been dishonoured but never reflected in the billing system and they never notified me about it, so it turned out I actually owed them money instead. To their credit they waived this given it was months earlier and they had never advised me until now, and closed the account. It was a bit of messing about but I did appreciate that they did sort it out properly in the end and did the right thing. The electricity price they offered was amongst the best.

Forget to send you your bills and then send multiple months out at once with little time to pay.Impossible to get in contact with.Rates have increased an incredible amount.I'm out!

Will do this as a ongoing review.1) have been with Q energy for two months and so far so good. No issues with billing so far, rates are the cheapest compared to any other service provider.Have just had a solar panel array installed, waiting on energy Australia to officially connect to the grid in order to receive the feed in credits. Will post a review on how QEnergy resolve this connection.2) 11NOV21So my solar panel array has now been officially connected to the grid. QEnergy sent me notification that the connection is completed. I have had my first bill with 12 days of power being fed into the grid, which coincided with the connection. So no issues thereOverall am happy with the provider, to summarise: No issues with switching to the provider, no issues with billing and no issues with having my solar panel array connected and feed in tarif being paid.

Don't waste your time. What you may save on the bill you will lose in the long run.wasted time, unanswered phone calls and no replies from emails. Moved into a new factory and took 3 months for them to do a meter reading. Lucky the power was already connected (I'm sure the old tenant was still being billed). On final day waited from 8AM to 6PM to have the meter read and no one turned up. two phone calls confirmed someone was still coming to read. third call was never answered. Took a photo of the meter and left site. Received an estimated bill that was more than it should be. After two months of unanswered phone calls and emails we receive a letter informing the invoice is being passed to debt collectors.Finally get through on the phone and get told by an unpleasant call center staff member that the invoice will not be changed. No longer about the money but the principal. Next step is a letter from my lawyer and will be happy to take legal action. This company willingly commits fraud. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Horrible service all together !Within 3 months I was sent a bill for almost $3000 and they demanded payment I asked them to have someone come have a look at the meter because I new that couldn't be right, to my surprise they refused I switched to another company and received my final bill from them being almost $8000 now being harassed everyday to pay in full or they will take it further. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !

They are competitive on rates but are not really a business. They give the impression of being just a rude bloke in a garage who is a mediocre developer who has made a half working website and claims to be an energy retailer. Soon after I joined the user dashboard showing my electricity usage stopped working. A year later it still does not work. Not once have they added a notice admitting this or giving an ETA on when it will be fixed. They simply don't know what customer service is. When I complained the bloke seemed confused that anyone had noticed it was broken. Enjoy it while it lasts because it seems like it could simply disappear from the internet and the energy industry at any moment.

Hi all to say that qenergy is lower than pond scum is still praising them. Never have I encountered the biggest bunch of lieing and deceitful crooks in my life. Lied about a smart meter. Withholding money that has been paid to them. No one wants to answer the phone except the person who lives overseas. Stop stealing my money and pay what is owed. If I could put that they owe me a star these less than humans would steal that too. Never never never go with qenergy. Not worth the stress. Better off putting an extension lead to another country for your energy needs.

Skipped sending notice of a bill until 2 and a half months later, basically resulting in 2 power bills in the same month (one just before Christmas and one a couple of days after.) One more stunt like that and they will have lost a long term customer.
