Service is always very professional and has always been super informative and helpful in every aspect from the selection of frames to lenses. I've been having troubles with my visions over years. It's so important for me to locate friendly & professional service to help to identify my issues and ease my suffering. Three years ago I came to IContact Box hill by a chance. I've been very impressed with the service and help by IContact Box Hill. First time, a young girl (it's such a shame I don't remember her name) was able to establish that my visions could be improved (by contrast, I got the impression my visions could only become worse and worse from else where) and recommended me to see a specialist for appropriate surgeries. Based on the recommendation, I then had surgeries to have two of my three issues fixed. After recovery from the surgeries, I came back here to get a pair of dedicated glasses for prism correction. This time round, Donna Luo has been so friendly and professional, and was able to provide me the prescription that makes me able to drive again with clear visions! It's not complete without mentioning Lydia, from whom I've received the kindest help and very professional services. I will certainly go back there again.
