This store advertising that they are open for dine in but are closed until 5am as they would rather use a leaf blower to clean the store, rather then to clean the store properly while keeping high hygiene standards... not sure how they got their food certification when they don't know how to clean a restaurant properly. They seem to be lazy.. I'm sure the owners wouldn't be too happy to lose money as many truck drivers were stopped to get food but unable top due to this unfortunate incident.

Ordered a Bacon and egg McMuffin and got 2 eggs instead !Back to counter and they swapped for correct order with Coffee and hash brown .Everything was luke warm and disgusting to eat ..Coffee was the same .Can't believe people line up every day to get served this rubbish. Went to a Hungry Jacks a week later and got a terrific ham and cheese toastie made fresh with a piping hot coffee. Unbelievable difference between the two

went through the drive through for two soft serves. not only did the employee, think her name is adelle, serve the perfect icecream with just the right texture and structure, but she did so much more. after hearing our kids fight in the back she pretended to be run over by my car coming out just so the children would (trauma) bond. in addition she offered to pay out of her own pocket for my wife’s chemotherapy fees, and babysit our youngest on a tuesday. what a wonderful young lady!

Clean restaurant, toilets were clean, benches clean, staff friendly. Busy little place here. Lots of trades and buses on this route. Handy to be able to get fuel and snacks from the fuel station beside McDonald's. I got the double cheeseburger today. Was ok can't complain. Really should be getting something healthier.

They're getting worse. Clearly their KPIs focus on delivery services and drive thru.The restaurants are now dirtier than I've ever seen and this seems to be the case right across the network. The wait for in store service is long, and you watch a long line of drive thru customers and delivery riders come and go while waiting for a counter placed order.The food is same as always... Convenient, not good, not bad.

THE BURGER HAD RAW MEAT! This McDonald’s is a joke. The manager attempted to grab my child out of the backseat. Then they proceeded to served me burger that was completely raw. Not even attempted to cook.The meat looked like it was still alive it was so raw. Disgusting.

Substandard. Needs to order extras on any burger to make it decent. Charges excessive amounts for a single slice of tomato, a dollar for a few sprinkles of onion. 90% of the time they forget and get angry when you check the order in drive thru. Cannot politely express how angry this makes me.

Went to buy ice cream for my kids around 9pm. I ordered a sundae, Oreo McFlurry and ice cream cone. The girl passes me the sundae, then few seconds later the McFlurry. The McFlurry slips right through my hands as the cup is wet. Instead of giving everything in a cup tray. She proceeds to laugh when the McFlurry dropped. When I called her out on it, she still laughs and says it’s her personality. I asked for her manager. Oh my gosh. A useless manager let me tell you. This manager gives me the same lame excuse it’s her personality and the girl who laughed is not her child. There is nothing she can do. That is enough to make you angry. When the manager takes no responsibility for the kids working they’re being disrespectful to customers, making a joke of everything. The other kids she spoke to laughing as well. This manager should not be in that position as she cannot manage people. I told her off because she refused to take responsibility. No apology. She gets more angry and slams the window, gets my money back for the McFlurry and come. Refuses to give me the products because they got told off for them being disrespectful. Really. I have kids who work at fast food and they are taught to respect people. I will not tolerate this rude kids working and representing your store. What a pathetic bunch working there on Friday, 10 March 2023. Manager on duty, find yourself another job. You just as unhappy in your job. Your face said it all. You guys need to learn respect and customer service.
