The first time that I meet an absolutely strange service, which compares to Medibank in Dee Why. When you go to claim, they never confirm your name, home address, or even bank account... What if the people, who just change their address or change their bank info... Ummm... Funny experience.However, the location is a bit difficult to find,,

Went in to get my Medicare card , I was in absolute pain and try to get to a doctor asapI was serviced very fast and efficient.Got out of there in 20 minutes with my card number. They also did the application for me because of my pain at that time.I’m impressed with the care and the service I have received.I really appreciate it.Keep it upIt’s always nice to be treated with understanding and care .Antonio

Fantastic Customer Service!Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was so Patient and helped answer all our questions. Transferred form our current provider to Medibank. Thank you Jason!

Staff aren’t even aware of their own preventative health programs. Was flat out lied to, better if staff acknowledge they aren’t sure instead of lying.

Came in at 1355 on Saturday, door is still open, the rude staff told me to come back on Monday. I have to travel all the way from Canberra to find services on Saturday and I am going overseas on Sunday. I felt so embarrassed to get kicked out front of a crowd of people and refuse to leave. Staff then deferred to service us for 10 mins when there is no one to service. How rude. While waiting, another customer also has been waiting, the staff complaint as “ she is so tired, she doesnt feel like to serve”. OMG, WTF

Dodgy customer service agents who try to manipulate you with false services. We went in just to get hospital covers, but the agent there lured us to go for extras by mentioning that there is no cost for 6 weeks and then you can cancel extras. But we got charged straightway full price with extras.Moreover, there was no discussion about income and the relevant government rebate. They automatically gave us max rebate, so their prices keep minimum and mentioned that we can settle the rest via tax returns in July!

I'm writing this about what I saw and heard when I was waiting in the queue for my claim. Being a customer I actually feel sorry for the people who are working in the store. And I've quickly read some of the reviews here. Honestly I do think you may firstly comment on yourself before leaving your reviews. A couple days ago I was there for my claim and it was a busy afternoon, and there were some people a head of me awaiting to be served. It was as usual as any busy days until I was close enough to hear the conversation between a female customer and the young lady working in the front desk. The customer asked the young lady Do you speak English?"The young lady was quite calm and said "Yes of course how can I help?" Literally I couldn't believe what I heard in the next! The customer then said "Great! seems like you do speak good English ew.. where are you from

As a customer of 20 years, Tong Zhu really shocked us with her rudeness and total lack of professionalism. What is more shocking is that there was no cool headed person leading the team.Her alleged manager" Rita kept saying she didn't see Tong forceibly snatch her business card out of my hands

We visited the Chatswood branch and were very impressed by Ms Grace Chen. We asked a lot of questions about our policy and she helped us understand the whole situtation. She is very knowlegeable, patient and helpful. We much appreciate her assistance and find her the best Medibank staff whom we have come across for the past 10 plus years.
