Excellent service received, twice I’ve had to use this company due to garage door issues in a rental property and Buddy was fantastic. Saved the day both times. Very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future.

Garage door is not working properly after ten months, called RJ, the lady there said it was due for service, even though the motor was coming with a 5 year warranty, it is not covered if I am not having a service.It didn't even last for the first year, why I have to have a service before getting someone to have a look.She also said you have to have car serviced to be covered by warranty, the motor is the same.If that is the case, why don't you service your fridge and your washing machine.Not recommended.

Just moved into a new place fitted with Superlift. Called the store enquiring for recoding. For some unknown reason with the line, the phone call was automatically cut off every 10 seconds. Matthew being extremely patient and sent a number of SMS guiding me all the way to successfully completed recoding. Super friendly and super professional. Thank you so much, Matthew.
