I ordered 2 sets of Sofas in May and was promised delivery in August. Ashley Furniture delivered 1 sofa and part of the other sofa in July (full invoice amount was paid) and promised to deliver the rest of the sofa in August. I have tried to reach out to them a number of times and they have extended the delivery from August to September to October and now mid November. Most of the time, they don't even answer their phone or return my calls after I have left a voice message. Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided and false expectation setting.

Amazing quality great price and customer service.

My family and I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture. We were served by Trent, who was wonderfully approachable, incredibly patient with our endless questions, and knowledgeable. He was able to negotiate a price for us to the best deal possible, including extending warranty and including delivery for a great price. We were really happy with our many visits to the store to discuss the couch, and it made the delivery of the couch in our lounge room even better. The 8 seater sofa is so bloody comfortable, has room to seat more than 8 people, and the material and colour are just beautiful. The light blue cushions are beautiful and the couch is the perfect shade of grey and cream. Greatest purchase in a long time.

We just purchased a sofa. There was an amazing collection to choose from and Ashley furniture catered for what we wanted. Brooke was particularly amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended for home furniture.I would also like to thank Dave from the BIG BOX movers who delivered my sofa. He offered to dispose the packaging boxes.
