Casual restaurant. Great pizza Italian style at good price 23-25. The tiramisu is a bit too creamy for my taste. Deco and setup are simple.

We went there for lunch because of the good review from this platform , it was wednesday in June and not busy. HoweverIt did not deliver our hoping from the dishes,:1 Pizza was burnt ,topping not sticking well, taste bland.2 Lasagna overflowed with red sauce and salty.3 Fish was dry, olive very salty4 penna cotta -tasty sugary only.Hope the chef review the food before serving.With the price we paid ,we really expecting better outcome !

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, when one spends over $60 for two pizzas, the expectation is high. $7 extra per pizza for GF crust which completely missed the mark. It was undercooked & had a horrible texture, even after re-cooking it in my oven. I appreciate that GF isn't the most popular to cook with but when you're paying those prices you expect quality food. Your reviews indicate popular pizza, but for those looking for GF... I do not recommend at all.

Fantastic pizza base and great quality ingredients. Very flavourful hand made pizza. The mussels were on point also. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area.

The staff and Sue was very polite and patient when taking our order and also explained the menu. Kept checking in while dining. Staff in the kitchen were also very polite. Would definitely come again if I’m in the need of an Italian fix. Thanks guys.

Don’t waste your $10 for the tiramisu if ordering delivery. It’s basically the same size as a McDonalds small sundae. Total ripoff money wise and not particularly tasty. Pizza was also very average. Use your money elsewhere… especially if including dessert. At $10 you think it would be enough to share…

When it comes to pizza I have a couple of boxes I am looking to tick...1 - good quality dough that is soft and crispy at the same time, if you pick it up by the crust and it flops, its too soft and it's a crime I see all too often.2 - decent amount of toppings, I get Italian pizza is minimalist but I still need some topping in every bite.3 - good quality toppings. Don't come at me with cabanossi, it's not going to cut it Guiseppe. A good sopressa goes a long way.I got the rosemary/potatoe/sausage and the diavola and it ticked all the boxes, I also tried the 4 cheese gnocchi which had oversized gnocchi which were also really good. Will be back for sure.

This is one of the best pizzerias I’ve been to. The diavola is one of my favourite pizzas but typically most places love to drown it in chilli oil. That wasn’t the case at Mario’s, it was just the right amount of spice and with just the right amount of oil on top. The pizza didn’t disintegrate upon contact, the crust was beautiful, and the toppings were not so oily and fatty that they made me full after eating!The bocconcini salad and spaghetti vongole were beautifully done and the authentically Italian drinks were a nice touch. I came here as my girlfriend and I wanted to try it out and it just so happened to be the night of my graduation. It was a pleasant experience and the staff were all very lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves pizza!
