Aspera Therapy

I visited Aspera therapy recently. And felt so seen and held.Siena's presence is like a warm embrace.It had been awhile since I had received any form of therapy. And not knowing much about the offering I was blown away.I was able to connect to my emotions through tears (which was huge for me)And through Siena's prompts and questions I unlocked a deeper understanding of my own triggers and traumas.I felt the practice itself took me so internal that I felt a hypnosis state, my whole body was heavy and with such a sence of calmness.I walked away feeling like I was floating, I felt so much lighter and as hard as therapy is I can't wait for my next session.Thank you so much Siena!Your presence is so needed and I feel very grateful.
