Excellent service from start to finish, I had a CT guided injection into my knee, I have an issue lying down flat due to previous surgery, I was made extremely comfortable with the aid of pillows and foam blocks and wasn’t put under any pressure to do this in a hurry. The Doctor explained what she was doing at all stages and was very considerate of my phobia of needles. I can’t thank everyone enough.

Excellent service today by Kim. My pelvic ultrasound was done very professionally, and she was easy to talk too, made me feel very comfortable. Listened to me helped me get comfortable. Reception staff, friendly and polite. Very fresh and clean clinic.

I was there today and the radiologist, Suna was a delight. Explained everything step by step and nothing was too much. She went above and beyond after my procedure. Can't thank her enough. I have been a few times here and also Clarkson. Always professional from checking in to leaving the site. Great team at each clinic.

I have visited Western Radiology a few times and what an excellent team they have there. My experience has always been fantastic but this particular one I had just recently was the beat by far. Dr Daniel Geiger and his assistant Lida Baynes were absolutely AMAZING and they did the best to make sure that the procedure had very minimal discomfort possible. Western Radiology were great from initial contact. I required an urgent CT scan after recent surgery issues and they were able be book me in the following afternoon. (31/03/2021).I was not feeling well and experienced a minor reaction to the contrast dye. The gentleman who did the scan (I didn’t catch his name - but he had his foot in a post-op brace himself and had a special interest in criminal forensics) was so lovely, caring and attentive. He stayed with me and talked with me to ensure I was alright. He was genuine and professional.I never got to thank him properly as another gentleman removed my cannula, but I hope this feedback may be passed on and he knows how wonderful and appreciated he is.

Had a cortisone injection on Tuesday….from the front desk ladies to the Dr & nurse who gave the injection they were happy and very friendly. Three days now and no pain in my shoulder… better still all was bulked billed.

Kirsty was so great helping me book in my sessions. So helpful and easy to deal with. All the radiology staff who work here are fabulous, I really love the service they give.
