Avoid at any cost!Quoted a key cut for $8 from the male staff at the first place. And the lady stated she is the owner tried to charge me for $20 once she finished the cut as she cut thr wrong key from the first place and try to transfer their cost on me. Very rude lady

If you look at my watch and say its $20 to replace the battery thens its 20 not wait til i go back pick up my watch to say its going to cost more as thats right .. then to be rude as well .. first and last time and last time i go there not a happy customer..... update on the shody repair and service as they didn't put the back of the watch properly and put a seal that was to small it didnt seal water got in and has cost me $265 to have it repaired . Expect a visit from me i will be expecting you to pay for the repairs to my watch. You should of told me couldnt fix it.

On 13/11/2021 by 4.30 pm I gave my car key remote to replace the battery to a lady at this shop and she broke it , gave it back and said she can’t do anything but said it should work apart from the damage.Then we were hoping that it will work at least and we went out to the car but the remote wasn’t working at all..we couldn’t open the car and by this time she closed the shop and gone from there as it’s 5 pm. Us, including a baby were stuck in the car park. We had to call lock smith and they charged us $120 to fix it.. the long wait with a baby in the cold weather, financial loss.. why don’t you tell the customer that you don’t know how to fix things in the first place rather than putting them into more trouble ?

Took my watch in to get fixed and they returned it to me broken and still charged me full price. I cant even wear it anymore I had to buy a new one. Not happy. Will not be returning.

Just outside the shopping center after changing the car remote battery and it's not working and they are closed..even they broke the remote .. Saturday Evening waiting for locksmith to come with my 2 year old kid..what a horrible experience..

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATCH HERE!! Gave them a nice/expensive watch and they scratched and dented the back and side as the tried , and failed, to open it to replace the battery. Simple job, could not do it, damaged the watch as they hacked at it, and were then completely unapologetic. They acted suprised that we were upset with the damage caused, like it is expected. Horrible.

I had a great experience with this store. I had a broken watch band. Where other place simply said get a new band watch n boots was able to come up with a solution which was perfect & kept the integrity of my watch. Very happy & will be back :)

Went in there today to have a battery changed in my sisters watch. The man was friendly and professional. We didn't wait too long either. It was a reasonable price. Good and no headaches experienced. I really appreciate service that is like this. No headaches! This was just my experience. First time even there.

Brought one of my house keys in to get cut, lady said it was $8.50 and took the keys from me without any other communications. Sat out the front of the shop for more than AN HOUR, where I was sitting the lady could see me clearly waiting (considering it was right infront of the shop), went up to ask how much longer it will take and the lady said it was done ages ago and that she called out my name couple times and I was not there. Weird…I don’t remember giving out my name when I handed the key over. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Extremely poor communication with customer and little to no customer service. Waste of time.

A little overpriced for replacing the heels on ballet flats especially when they ruin the design finish of the shoe which I believe was them trying to take the old heel off with no care taken making the shoes look worse than before, disappointed. Also getting charged a surcharge for using card for something that should have covered the cost for being overcharged in the first place. Won't be back
