Foodboss Cold Storage and Transport

Nearly had my nose taken off by one their drivers who decided he had to get 1 vehicle ahead instead of dropping in behind me for the Mulgoa Rd exit. Around 1430 19/10. I can't remember the exact no plate but I think it started with CD.

License plate Z41396 driving on the ring road 23/12/2021 at 8:30pm. Reckless driver, tail gating, speeding and cutting people off in a death machine. I’m glad I made it home for Christmas

Rude driver parks a freezer truck outside my office for up to 1 1/2hours while he waits on the public street to be loaded. The truck is very loud and is illegally parked and illegally loaded. I have asked him nicely many times to turn off the freezer or turn it down or wait around the corner until it's time to load. But the driver is a very rude man who tells me to my face that he doesn't care about me or the impact of the noise on my business.

Very poor business ethics towards loyal customers and extremely bad service!We are a small family business and have used Foodboss’ services for 3 years. We always paid our bills in time and have been a loyal customer storing up to 80 pallets in their warehouse. One day, we were shocked when Foodboss advised that they had increased their delivery fees by 140%! A few weeks later, we received an email from their General Manager that they want us to leave their warehouse in order to make room for a larger customer of theirs. The worst part of this was that Foodboss made us paying for the picking of our stock as well as for the transport to a new location. This means we sat on costs of $1200 which we did not calculate into our budget, so Foodboss could make more profit with their larger customer. We helped Foodboss to get where they are today and that’s how they treat their loyal customers!It almost happens with every delivery that some boxes have been picked incorrectly and other have been missing. It also happens multiple times that boxes or a whole pallet just disappeared in their warehouse. In addition, we frequently received broken or opened boxes with broken goods inside which could no longer be sold.Rip-off, treating loyal customers badly, terrible service, damaging and losing stock, no respect when handling goods – can it be any worse?

Very dangerous driver in truck 281 on Castlereagh Highway towards Lithgow. Aggressive driving including tailgating, speeding, crossing double lines to overtake, flashing headlights to overtake in a 60km zone. Road safety is everyone‘s responsibility, more-so for drivers in massive vehicles! Food Boss, this isn’t the first poor review regarding your drivers…

In my opinion if it were possible I'd give a negative score for this business.I'd been a long term customer and years ago under previous management foodboss was one of the best cold stores within Australia. Unfortunately, now the service falls short of what even a basic warehouse should offer.Miss-picked product, wrong product delivered, product not delivered at all! The transport drivers also have little to no regard for customer interaction or satisfaction which is highlighted by their incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude / approach to their work. There is no feedback or communication from management to fix said issues.Unfortunately we have had to pull our stock out at a great financial loss to our business. Stay away from this poorly run business and save yourself the same troubles we have have been made to endure by the incompetent management.

Beware of putting your stock into Foodboss. They are unreliable and will ask you to leave at any moments notice, and make you bear the brunt of the cost.

Driver put civilian in very dangerous situations my whole family was almost taken out by a driver merging instead of taking the whole free room behind me (at least 2 car spaces in front of him) driver decided to speed up excessively making me come to almost complete stop to let him in. Unbelievable!!!

Great place, been here once, place is very chilled, yes thee refrigirators.
